Founder and Director of Silicon Valley Goalkeeper Academy. Major League Soccer professional player for over 16 years. Helped the San Jose Earthquakes win their first ever MLS Cup and has won two MLS goalkeeper of the year awards. A four time MLS All Star, Cannon has coached goalkeepers for over 20 years. Coached and directed CM Soccer Camps which hosted over 150 players and raised over 10 thousand dollars in two years for his friends at Independent Peer Socialization Training Program. He has been named San Jose Earthquakes Humanitarian of the Year twice for his role in the local community. Currently is the Director of Goalkeeping at Mountain View Los Altos Soccer Club and holds a USSF "B" license.
Director of Silicon Valley Goalkeeper Academy. Rodrigo is from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where he played for brazilian home team America and Fluminense Football Club. He has participated in the US National Futsal Tournament, as well as several international competitions, such as FIFA Clubs Futsal World Cup, Intercontinental Futsal Cup and Futsal Club Gold Cup.Since moving to the US, he has been coaching soccer at several levels youth clubs, high school, college and professional. Rodrigo was one the FC Gold Pride assistant coaches in their WPS (Women’s Professional Soccer) winning 2010 championship season. Under his coaching guidance, Rodrigo has led many of his youth players to positions in College Division 1 soccer teams. Rodrigo holds a USSF National License and a NSCAA Premier Diploma.
